How long have you been in business?

Our parent company has been providing webhosting services since July 2000. The AlienVPS brand was formed in September 2010.
What methods do you accept for payment?

Currently we accept payments made via Direct Credit Card Procesing and Paypal
Credit Card – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, VISA/MC debit cards.
Paypal – VISA, MC, Am. Express, VISA/MC debit cards, bank transfer, eCheck, Paypal balance.
What happens if I go over my bandwidth?

f you use up your amount of bandwidth, we will notify you to either upgrade or we can stop your service. You will never be auto-charged for bandwidth overages.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my VPS?

Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your account anytime you like, just contact us.
How long does it take to setup my VPS?

Account activation is immediate upon successful payment of services. Your account information will be emailed to you. If you don’t receive your account activation email within 5 minutes of signing up please check your spam folder.
Do you allow Adult Content?

Yes, we allow LEGAL adult content on our VPS services.

Account FAQs

How do I make a payment?

All online payments are recurring. Your payment will automatically be deducted. You may also pay manually each billing cycle using the Paypal Buynow option.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Please contact billing dept. via helpdesk for an upgrade/downgrade. Be specific which package and billing cycle you want.
How do I stop billing & cancel account?

If you wish to close your account simply contact our helpdesk’s billing dept. If you want to request for a refund please include your payment info as well. Then you’ll need to cancel your paypal subscription if you have one made.
